Champ d’Or respects your privacy. This page explains what happens when you browse this website and prepare a retail order or wholesale enquiry for WhatsApp.

Details you enter

The retail order builder asks for selected packs and quantities, your first and last name, delivery location or street address, city, and country. Postal code and notes are optional. The wholesale enquiry asks for business name, contact name, quantity in kilograms, delivery city and country, and optional notes. Neither form asks for your phone number or email address. We use the details you choose to send to discuss availability, delivery, price, payment, and your enquiry or order.

WhatsApp handoff

Both forms prepare a message from the details you enter and open WhatsApp when you choose “Continue to WhatsApp.” Opening that link passes the prepared text to WhatsApp. You must tap Send in WhatsApp before the message is delivered to Champ d’Or. Depending on your WhatsApp account and settings, account details may also be visible in the chat. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms. The forms do not send a separate copy to our website or a form service.

Website technology

Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address and browser requests. The homepage introduction and journey choice appear on a homepage refresh and do not require a stored preference. If you choose the optional dinar view, your browser contacts Frankfurter directly for a reference exchange rate. Frankfurter may receive normal connection information such as your IP address, but no order details are included. This version of the website does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies.

Keeping and managing messages

Once you send a message, we keep the conversation for as long as needed to answer you, handle an order, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent us, call +216 25 528 892 or contact us in the same WhatsApp conversation. Applicable legal requirements may limit deletion.
